Counts
On a whole column of counts, Ctrl + Shift + ! → Separators added, .00 shown
Then Decrease Decimal twice.
Reset
Ctrl + Shift + ~ → Back to General
Reset.
Worth knowing
- The ! is on the 1 key: Ctrl + Shift + 1.
- Decrease Decimal on the ribbon trims the .00.
- Comma Style on the ribbon is the accounting version without a symbol.
Where it goes wrong
- Always two decimals initially.
- Does not right-align text numbers; convert them.
