Label and value filters
Filters row items by their name (contains, begins with) or by their totals (top 10, greater than).
When to use it
Row items can be filtered by their names (contains, begins with) or by their totals (greater than, top 10) from the field dropdown.

Worked examples
Label filter
Row field dropdown, Label Filters, Begins With, "North" → Only items starting with North
Text patterns.
Value filter
Row field dropdown, Value Filters, Greater Than, 10000 → Only groups with totals over 10,000
Threshold.
Between
Value Filters, Between, 100 and 500 → A band of totals
Ranges.
Worth knowing
- Value filters test the group total, not individual rows.
- Label and value filters can be combined with Allow multiple filters per field under Options, Totals and Filters.
- Search in the dropdown is a quick label filter.
Where it goes wrong
- Filtered-out items are excluded from totals, which changes percentages.
- Only one label and one value filter per field unless the option is on.
