Worth knowing

  • The selection must span the hidden rows.
  • Ctrl + Shift + 0 for columns often does not work on Windows; use Format, Unhide Columns.
  • Filtered rows are not hidden rows; clear the filter instead.

Where it goes wrong

  • Does nothing if the selection does not cross the hidden rows.
  • Rows hidden by a filter stay hidden.
