Ctrl + Shift + L adds AutoFilter dropdowns to your header row — or clears them if they're already there. From the dropdowns you can sort, search, and narrow the data without writing a formula.

- 1Click any cell in your data.
- 2Press
Ctrl + Shift + Lto add the filter carets. - 3Click a caret to sort or filter; press the shortcut again to clear every filter.

4When you use it
- Quickly isolate one account, region, or status.
