1What it does

A schedule that spills across four pages, with no column headings after page one, is what most finance PDFs look like — and it's three settings away from being fine. **Fit to 1 page wide by many tall** keeps the columns together and lets it run as long as it needs. **Rows to repeat at top** puts the headings on every page. A footer with the page number and the run date stops anyone reading a stale printout six weeks later and thinking it's current.

  1. 1Alt + P, S, P for Page Setup.
  2. 2On **Page**: Fit to 1 page wide by blank tall — clearing the height is what lets it run long.
  3. 3On **Sheet**: set **Rows to repeat at top** to $1:$1. On **Header/Footer**: add page number and date.
