1What it does
Go To Special selects every cell of a chosen type at once — all the blanks, all the formulas, all the hard-typed constants. It's the fastest way to clean or audit a sheet: select all blanks and delete their rows, or select all formulas to see what's calculated versus typed.
2The shortcut
- 1Select your range (or the whole sheet).
- 2Press
Ctrl + G, then click Special. - 3Pick Blanks (or Formulas, Constants…) and press
Enter.

4When you use it
- Select and delete every blank row in an export.
