When to use it
Inserts a new worksheet to the left of the active sheet.

Worked examples
New sheet
Press Shift + F11 → A new sheet appears
Scratch sheet.
Rename
Double-click the tab, type a name → Renamed
Name it right away.
Reorder
Right-click the tab, Move or Copy → Reorder
Position it.
Worth knowing
- The plus button next to the tabs inserts to the right instead.
- Alt, H, I, S is the ribbon version.
- Name sheets before referencing them.
Where it goes wrong
- New sheet lands to the left, not the right.
- Laptops may need Fn.
