When to use it

Worth knowing

  • Drag the bottom edge of the formula bar for a custom height.
  • Break long formulas with Alt + Enter and spaces for readability.
  • LET makes long formulas shorter.

Where it goes wrong

  • Easy to confuse with Ctrl + U (underline).
  • The expanded bar hides the first rows of the sheet.
