Worth knowing

  • Threaded comments (for discussion) are different from notes (for documentation) in Microsoft 365.
  • Print notes at the end of the sheet via Page Setup, Sheet.
  • Hover to read a note without opening it.

Where it goes wrong

  • Notes do not travel through Paste Values.
  • Long notes need the box resized by hand.
