Worked examples
p-value
=FDIST(4,2,10) → 0.052922
Just above 5%.
Critical value check
=FDIST(15.20686486,6,4) → 0.01
The 1% critical value on (6,4).
Median
=FDIST(1,5,5) → 0.5
Median with equal df.
Worth knowing
- Same as F.DIST.RT.
- ANOVA p-values.
- Numerator df first.

- #NUM! for negative x.
