Let your AI CFO build your 2027 budget.

QuickBooks only builds budgets on its Plus and Advanced plans. This works on every plan: connect, and get next year as an Excel model you can edit — your P&L account by account, your balance sheet and your cash flow, monthly and quarterly — carried forward from your own books, not a template.

Connect QuickBooks and build it

No account. No card. We only read your books — we email the file to your QuickBooks sign-in address, and unless you decide to keep Wauvel, we give the access back within the hour.

What's in the file

Your P&L, account by account

Every income and expense account in your chart of accounts, January to December. Revenue follows your own growth and seasonality; cost of goods follows revenue; each expense runs on its own calendar, so the annual insurance bill lands in the month it actually lands.

A balance sheet that balances

It opens on your real balance sheet. Receivables, inventory and payables follow the P&L through the days you actually take to collect and pay; loans and equity roll forward; cash is what's left. A check row proves it, every month.

The cash flow that connects them

Profit isn't cash. The cash flow statement shows where the difference goes — customers who haven't paid, stock on the shelf, loan principal, what you take out — and the month cash is tightest.

Monthly and quarterly

All three statements both ways. The quarterly sheets sum the monthly ones, so they can't disagree.

Every assumption on one sheet

Growth by revenue line, margin by cost line, days to collect, capital spending, loan payments, distributions. Change a shaded cell and all three statements move. It's your model now.

Arithmetic, not a guess

The budget is built by rules you can read, from numbers you can check: the same books always produce the same budget. No black box deciding what your year looks like.

How it works

  1. 1

Connect QuickBooks Online through Intuit's own sign-in. We only read: Wauvel never creates, changes, or deletes anything in your books, and we never see your password.

  2. 2

We read up to three years of your P&L by account and your latest balance sheet, and build the 2027 model. It takes about a minute.

  3. 3

Your budget is on the screen, and the Excel file is in your inbox — sent to your QuickBooks sign-in address. We'll tell you what to do with it for the QuickBooks plan you're on: Plus and Advanced can load a budget into QuickBooks; Simple Start and Essentials can't, and the file stands on its own.

  4. 4

Like what you see? One click keeps Wauvel on your books — you're already connected, so there's no form. If you don't, we give the access back within the hour: no account is created, and there's nothing to cancel.

What it isn't

It's a starting point, not a forecast of things your books can't know: a new hire, a price change, a lease ending. Those are the cells you edit. It needs at least three months of history in QuickBooks Online, and it's better with two years. Your data stays yours — here's exactly what happens to it.
